- 3/4 cup cream cheese softened at room temperature
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and finely diced
- 2 scallions finely diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves thinly sliced
- 2 burrito-sized tortillas
- 8 turkey deli slices
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Prepare the Spread:
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, finely diced red bell pepper, finely diced scallions, and thinly sliced fresh basil leaves to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
