Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper seeded and finely diced
  • 2 scallions finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves thinly sliced
  • 2 burrito-sized tortillas
  • 8 turkey deli slices
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Spread:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, finely diced red bell pepper, finely diced scallions, and thinly sliced fresh basil leaves to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Season the mixture with sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Assemble the Pinwheels:

  • Lay one burrito-sized tortilla on a flat surface.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Layer 4 turkey deli slices evenly over the spread.

Roll and Slice:

  • Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape.
  • Use a sharp knife to slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels.
  • Repeat the process with the second tortilla and the remaining ingredients.

Serve:

  • Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
