This is the best and easiest French toast that I have by far. It’s nothing to write home about, but it came out so delicious, it means the world to me. I’m sure it’s been done to death, but I thought of it simply because we had excess heavy cream to spare. This is now a hit with both my daughter and my son. It is not for the calorie-conscious! It’s a perfect comfort breakfast or brunch food. My daughter had it with hot chocolate.
